Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings can be made by online through our booking system, by email, letter or over the phone. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing where requested.

A provisional Booking may be taken pending a payment as outlined in section 3 although this will not secure your booking. Bookings are secured by a payment being made as outlined in section 3.

Our payment terms require payment in full to secure a booking unless agreed otherwise.
- Payments are made via our online booking system using Paypal, Bank Transfer or alternative methods can be sought if needed.
- Gift cards bought are none refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- when booking through our online system you will be directed through PayPal to make payment and will be subject to their terms and conditions also.

Should there be a need to transfer to another course the following charges will apply, Depending on the notice given:
- First transfer, made more than 4 weeks prior to the booking start date – no charges incurred
- Two to four weeks’ notice given – 25% of the booking fee
- Less than 2 weeks’ notice given – 50% of the booking fee
All transfers must be taken within a 6-month period where there is an option available.

Should there be a need to cancel your booking and you are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
- More than four weeks prior to the course start date - No Charge
- Two – four weeks’ notice given – 50% of the booking fee
- Less than 2 weeks prior to the course – 100% of the booking fee
NB Cancellation must be made in writing via email using info@andyscourses.co.uk and received by the due date.
if you have agreed to a transfer due to course cancellations by either by us or you then you will not be eligible for a refund.

All Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, and can take up to 14 days to be refunded.
- If original transaction is paid through paypal then the refunds issued will also be subject to Paypals terms and conditions.
- Refunds are non transferable

If you do not attend the course, and have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains non-refundable.

If you arrive late for a course or absent from any session, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skills in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable or non-refundable. To conform with the qualification requirements for the statutory certificates, attendance at all sessions are mandatory.

Where candidates are required to register with delivery centres / awarding organisations the following criteria applies

- The candidate will only be allowed to present for assessment courses if you have (where required) a valid registration in place.
- Should the candidate arrive to an assessment course without a valid registration (where required) in place the candidate will be refused entry to presenting for assessment and no refunds will be given.
- If you need to cancel an assessment course due to not holding a valid registration in place then please refer to section 5. Cancellations.

Where certificates are issued as part of a course the following criteria will apply.

- Certificates will be provided for successful completion of training / Assessment tasks appropriate to the awarding organisation.
- Certificates will only be issued following full settlement of booking fees.
- Certificates may be delayed by up to 14 days following course verification checks when required.

On occasions, unforeseen circumstances may require us to change the venue of a course or cancel a booking. these circumstances could be, weather conditions river levels, or medical. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and the following will apply.
- offered a free transfer to another date.
- a full refund of fees paid.
